Over the past months, we had the incredible privilege of helping three children’s dreams come true through our partnership with Make-A-Wish Canada / Rêves d'enfant — a collaboration that goes far beyond granting wishes. It’s a promise to bring light, courage, and joy to children fighting serious illnesses.

When we learned how Make-A-Wish transforms lives through the power of hope, we knew this partnership aligned perfectly with our mission. At Valsef Dream Big, we aim to make a tangible difference in children’s lives — not only by supporting their needs but also by nurturing their spirits.

Three Wishes, Three Smiles

Giorgio, Firefighter for a Day

Brave, curious, and full of heart, Giorgio dreamed of wearing the uniform and saving lives. His wish came true when he joined real firefighters for a full day at the station — sliding down the pole, riding in the truck, and proudly wearing his own helmet. For a moment, he wasn’t a patient — he was a hero.

Noémie, Sailing Toward Freedom

For Noémie, who has spent far too much time in hospital rooms, the open water represented freedom. Her wish to sail on a boat came true as she felt the wind on her face, the waves beneath her, and the sun lighting her smile. It was a moment of peace — and of possibility.

Ophélie, A Day of Pure Joy

Ophélie’s greatest wish was to spend a carefree day at her favorite amusement park. Between laughter, princesses, and thrill rides, her wish brought back something illness had taken — the simple joy of being a child.
