EMPLOYEE PROGRAM

Employee Matching Program

As part of the Valsef Group, all employees can submit a request to match the funds raised by their own initiative up to $5,000 per project.

Employee must select the Employee form.

Conditions

To qualify for a matching request, employees must meet the following requirements:
  • Be a full-time employee within one of the Valsef Group companies at HQ (Montreal, Quebec).

  • Remain a full-time employee at the time of matching fund disbursement, which occurs at the end of the project or initiative.

  • Raise funds for a charitable organization with a valid registration number in Canada.

  • Ensure that the organization operates within Canada.

  • Ensure the organization maintains an administrative-to-fundraising expense ratio below 35%, as per CRA guidelines.

We also use Optimy, as our software to manage all requests.

By submitting your request, you agree to their terms and conditions as well.

Matching funds will not be allocated for:
  • Employees located outside of Canada.

  • Political or religious organizations or activities.

  • Organizations not registered as charitable entities.

  • Deficit coverage or debt repayments.

  • Personal projects.
