Celebrating Women Through Action: 100 Care Baskets Made with Heart

At Valsef Dream Big Foundation, we believe that meaningful impact often starts with simple, human gestures: showing up, giving back, and creating moments of care. This month, we brought that belief to life by celebrating the incredible women in our community through a hands-on initiative at the office..

To mark the occasion, our team came together not just to recognize the strength and resilience of women, but to take tangible action. Employees gathered with one shared purpose: to give back to teens and mothers who could benefit from a little extra support. The energy in the room was thoughtful and deeply intentional.

Supporting Fondation Portage

This initiative was carried out in partnership with Fondation Portage, supporting both their teenage center and mother and child program. These programs play a critical role in helping young women and mothers rebuild their lives through rehabilitation, support, and a structured path forward. By contributing to these programs, we aimed to provide not only essential items, but also encouragement and care during an important moment in their journey.

100 Care Baskets, Made with Love

Together, we assembled 100 care bags filled with essential items designed to support and uplift teens and moms. Each bag represented more than just supplies, it was a gesture of dignity, care, and solidarity. From start to finish, every detail mattered. Teams carefully prepared each bag, knowing it would soon reach someone who needed it. In addition to the care baskets, our team created handmade flower bouquets, a simple but powerful symbol of appreciation and kindness for our female employees. These bouquets were more than decorative. They were a reminder that even the smallest gestures can bring comfort, joy, and a sense of being seen.
