Operation Père Noël: Supporting 60 Children This Christmas

This holiday season, the Valsef Dream Big Foundation, together with our teams at Valsoft Corporation, Valnet, Valstone, and Valsef Group, proudly supported Opération Père Noël by helping bring joy to 60 children in need across Québec.

Through this initiative, 40 employees volunteered to become Santa Claus for a day, donating more than 60 gifts to children and families facing difficult circumstances during the holidays. From toys and games to thoughtful essentials, each gift represented care, kindness, and the spirit of giving that defines this time of year.

Why This Initiative Matters

The holidays can be especially challenging for families experiencing financial hardship. Programs like Opération Père Noël help ensure that every child feels seen, supported, and celebrated, regardless of their circumstances.

This year alone, nearly 37,000 gifts are being distributed across Québec through the campaign—each one helping to create moments of joy, comfort, and hope during the festive season.

A Collective Effort with Real Impact

What made this initiative especially meaningful was the level of engagement from our teams. Employees across our organizations stepped up with generosity and enthusiasm, proving once again that when we come together, even small actions can create a powerful impact.
