About the event
Supplies for Success is a community-driven initiative led by OWTA, dedicated to providing essential school supplies to underprivileged youth. As a proud main partner, the Valsef Dream Big Foundation is committed to ensuring that every child starts the school year with the tools they need to learn, grow, and succeed.
Access to basic school supplies can make a significant difference in a child's confidence, educational experience, and long-term success. This event is about more than backpacks—it’s about dignity, opportunity, and hope.
Call for Volunteers
We are looking for 12 volunteers to help make this event a success. Volunteers will support families and ensure the shopping experience runs smoothly. Two roles are available:
Personal Shoppers (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM): Guide children and their families through the supply shop, helping them review their school supply lists and fill their backpacks.
Supply Table Assistants (12:00 PM – 4:00 PM): Keep the supply tables organized, stocked,…
