Join us for one of the most meaningful ways to give back this holiday season.
Dream Big is proud to partner with Opération Père Noël to help make the holidays brighter for 100 children in need across Quebec. Employees will be matched with a child and receive their handwritten letter to Santa, complete with their holiday wish list.
Participants will shop for gifts based on their assigned child's wishes (budget ~$60 to $85), wrap them, and return them to the office. From there, the gifts will be delivered to Santa's Workshop, where volunteers work behind the scenes to prepare thousands of presents for families across the province.
In the spirit of our employee matching program, Dream Big will also donate $10,000 to Opération Père Noël to help cover the logistical costs that make the magic possible, including transportation, Santa's Workshop operations, and gift distribution throughout Quebec.
