About the event
The Dream Big Community Health Clinic is a free, community-based health event dedicated to supporting newcomers and local families by providing essential vision and hearing screenings—at no cost. Many families face barriers in accessing basic healthcare services, especially during times of transition. Our goal is to help close that gap by bringing trusted professionals directly into the community in a warm, inclusive, and culturally attuned environment.
Services Offered
Free Hearing Screenings: Offered by Hany Ghonaim, founder of ODYO
Free Eye Screenings: Conducted by certified optometrists or opticians (Partner TBD)
Referrals and Guidance: On next steps for individuals and families needing further support by AQEPA
Multilingual Support & Culturally Attuned Services: Staff and volunteers from CARI St-Laurent will be available to support the participants as much as possible in their native languages wherever possible.
